TOSH has been helping athletes achieve their sport performance goals since 1998. We're a licensed member of Athletic Republic's international network of sports training facilities, giving us access to three decades' worth of research and development of proprietary sport-specific training protocols, patented equipment and technology found only at Athletic Republic-affiliated centers. The network also provides a forum for experts throughout the system to share new and innovative ideas with one another as we strive to develop athletes to their highest potential. We are the only evidence-based sports training system in the Region, with documented improvements in our athletes' performances. Since our inception we've helped develop countless high school, club, NCAA, US National, and olympic Champions, and several professional football, baseball, and volleyball players.

The first step in developing optimal speed is to improve your running mechanics. We improve your stride length and frequency, knee drive, hip positioning and your arm swing. Our Speed Training will make you fluid and efficient, far more powerful and better conditioned than your opponents. Our programs are designed to be completed in 4, 6, or 8 week training blocks. Research has proven that athletes achieve the greatest results by training with us three times per week for 8 weeks and completing 24 sessions. Our Sports Training Protocols cater to the individual needs of each athlete's sport and position. 

Strength and Power

Our resistance training program is designed specifically for each athlete's sport, training age, gender, and imbalances. The foundation of our program is to build a more injury resistant athlete. As a result, we spend a lot of time developing decelerating musculature and healthy joints such as hips, knees, and shoulders. Additional considerations include:

  • Energy systems

  • Primary as well as secondary movers

  • Strength
  • Power
  • Endurance

We use everything from our patented resistance machines and conditioning cords, free weights, and kettle bells to bands and boxes. This is not your local sweat shop. Our athletes are under the watchful eye of an instructor to ensure they are being taught the right way to push themselves. Athletic Republic Conditioning Cords provide controlled resistance while allowing athletes to perform at game speed velocities, greatly improving sport-specific power for hitting, throwing, running, shooting, spiking serving and/or jumping. Our patented SpringCords, KickingCords, ThrowingCords, PowerCords, Hitting Harness and Warm-up Cords provide resistance without changing or affecting proper mechanics. When the conditioning cords come off, athletes produce more power than ever before. 


Utilizing the Athletic Republic Plyo Floor, a cushioned wood surface wth exclusive patterns and quick lock resistance cord hooks, we maximize your quickness and explosiveness while improving dynamic stability, improving your movement skills and overall athleticism. Coupled with resistance cords, this floor can dramatically improve explosive power, hip strength, balance, dynamic stability and change of direction capability. 


We are the official Sports Training Providers for the Utah Youth Soccer Association (UYSA), USA Track and Field-Utah, and the Rocky Mountain School of Baseball.
