General medical care at Dixon Middle School
The Intermountain Dixon Health Center is located on the campus of Dixon Middle School and provides general medical care for people of all ages, including low-income families or those without insurance.
The health center has a sliding fee based on income and family size. Low income, underinsured, and insured individuals are eligible. There is a one-day waiting period.
Monday: 11 a.m.- 7 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:30 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:30 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
