24/7 Virtual Urgent Care

24/7 virtual urgent care is available through Connect Care Urgent Care.

Virtual urgent care treats many common conditions, including:

  • Cold and flu symptoms
  • Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
  • Minor skin concerns
  • Allergies

Typical wait times are under six minutes. If testing is needed, such as strep, UTI, or COVID, in‑clinic support can be coordinated. If you are referred to in-person care, you will not be charged for your virtual urgent care visit.

How Virtual and In‑Person Care Works

Some visits are fully virtual, and some visits include in‑clinic support with a virtual provider. If you come to the clinic, caregivers can:

  • Check vitals
  • Connect you to your provider by secure video
  • Support in‑person needs during the visit

Primary care providers can also help connect patients with specialty care when needed.
