You can call us, fill out a quote request form, or email us at [email protected].
What to expect
Once your air ambulance quote is requested and accepted, we begin the transport coordination process.
Once a quote is requested and/or accepted the following documentation will be requested:
- Payer information: Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, or self-payment. (Used to determine quote type)
- Sending facility: Contact for case management, name of sending physician, hospital records, and copy of authorization for NEMT author.

- International: Passport and home address for patient and accompanying passengers.

A Clinical Coordinator will evaluate the patient’s needs for a safe medical transport with the sending facility and our in-house TeleCritical Care Team.
The clinical team will arrive to transport the patient to the aircraft.
Ground transportation will be arranged “bedside to bedside” for both the patient and accompanying family members.
