  • Hep B: The Hepatitis B vaccine protects against the Hepatitis B virus, which can cause chronic liver infection, liver failure, and liver cancer.
  • Pediarix (Hep B, DTaP, Polio): This combination vaccine includes protection against Hepatitis B, Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis (whooping cough), and Polio.
  • HIB: The Haemophilus influenzae type b vaccine prevents infections caused by this bacteria, including meningitis, pneumonia, and epiglottitis.
  • Prevnar: The Pneumococcal vaccine protects against pneumococcal bacteria, which can cause pneumonia, meningitis, and sepsis.
  • Rotavirus: The Rotavirus vaccine protects against rotavirus infections, which can cause severe diarrhea and dehydration in infants and young children.
  • Pediarix (Hep B, DTaP, Polio): Continuation of the vaccine series providing protection against Hepatitis B, Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, and Polio.
  • HIB: Second dose of the Haemophilus influenzae type b vaccine.
  • Prevnar: Second dose of the Pneumococcal vaccine.
  • Rotavirus: Second dose of the Rotavirus vaccine.
  • Pediarix (Hep B, DTaP, Polio): Final dose in the initial series for protection against Hepatitis B, Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, and Polio.
  • HIB: Third dose of the Haemophilus influenzae type b vaccine.

  • MMR: The Measles, Mumps, and Rubella vaccine protects against three viral diseases.
  • Varicella: The Varicella vaccine protects against chickenpox.
  • Hep A: The Hepatitis A vaccine protects against the Hepatitis A virus, which can cause liver disease.
  • Prevnar: Final dose of the Pneumococcal vaccine.

  • Kinrix (DTaP, Polio): Booster dose for continued protection against Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, and Polio.
  • MMR: Second dose for continued protection against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella.
  • Varicella: Second dose for continued protection against chickenpox.
  • HPV #1: The Human Papillomavirus vaccine protects against HPV infections that can lead to certain types of cancer.
  • HPV #2: The second dose is due at least 6 months after the first dose.
  • Tdap: The Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis booster vaccine provides continued protection.
  • MenACWY: The Meningococcal conjugate vaccine protects against meningococcal disease.
  • HPV #2: The second dose of the Human Papillomavirus vaccine if it has not already been given.
  • MenACWY: Booster dose for continued protection against meningococcal disease.
  • Tdap: Booster dose for continued protection against Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis.
  • Influenza: The annual flu vaccine protects against the seasonal flu virus.
