Wayfinding and Contact Info
We are located in the Eccles Outpatient Center on the south side of the Intermountain Medical Center (IMC) campus.The front entrance of the Eccles Outpatient Center is on the west side of the building.
As you enter, there will be a set of elevators ahead of you. You may take these to the fourth floor. Our reception desk where you will check in for your appointment is found at suite 420. If you have any difficulty finding the clinic, please feel free to contact us by phone.
