What is Mindfulness?

A mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.

Mindfulness Classes

We offer Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) classes at our Ogden and Logan locations. Class is for adults 18 years or older.

MBSR graduates are welcome to join weekly MBSR meditations on Wednesdays from 5:15 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at Summit Day Treatment (4387 Harrison Blvd). These meditation sessions are led by Valerie Bentley.
