Dr. Taubin is originally from Miami, Florida. She completed her undergraduate degree at Tulane University and attended medical school at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She joins Intermountain from Shepherd Center, recognized as one of the top 10 rehabilitation hospitals in the nation. Her focuses include acquired brain injuries, such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, and post-concussive syndrome. She also has extensive experience with spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, and spasticity management, including Botox® injections, and she’s trained to perform Botox® injections for migraines. Dr. Taubin enjoys working with cerebral palsy patients and their families, and with amputees. She is also involved in telerehab services.
Dr. Taubin and her husband met while she was in medical school. They have two sons and are excited to start calling Utah home. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, and she’s determined to become a better skier.
