Megan Mahncke

Chief Marketing & Communications Officer

Megan Mahncke serves as the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for Intermountain Health. In her role, she is a dynamic leader dedicated to supporting her teams, leading through change and furthering the Intermountain mission.

She proves that purposeful messaging and action is essential as she leads the vision of the health system’s branding, marketing, and internal strategic messaging. Megan builds bridges across organization functions to drive unifying work. Her emphasis on collaboration and partnership with various teams is evident as she guides campaigns and initiatives throughout the system.

As the leader of Community Health, Megan provides thought leadership, external relationship building with key partners, and evaluation of Community Health strategies and initiatives both locally and throughout Intermountain Health’s six-state footprint. Her leadership is instrumental in fostering community connections that enhance healthcare outcomes in the communities we serve.

Megan has a master's degree in Conflict Resolution from the University of Denver and a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications from Colorado State University. Megan supports her local community through her involvement on various non-profit boards. She enjoys time with her family—her husband and their two sons—and especially loves cheering them on at their sporting events.
