All classes are held from 9 a.m. to noon.

- Join us for a morning of mindfulness as we explore seated, walking, and movement meditations.
- Mindfulness has been shown to promote a decrease in physical and psychological symptoms and an increased ability to relax.
- Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and a blanket if you have them. Some will be provided.
