These dimensions include financial security, being engaged in your job, living healthy, being happy, and having positive relationships at work, home and in the community. All employees are given the opportunity to participate in the LiVe Well Incentive Program.

Employee Assistance Program

Intermountain Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers professional counseling services to all Intermountain employees and their immediate family members. EAP staffed by licensed healthcare professionals who offer confidential counseling, elder care services, crisis intervention, and training and education to address a variety of issues at no cost to employees.

Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Employees can select to participate in the Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for up to $2,500 in eligible healthcare expenses and save on taxes by using this before-tax account.

Other Benefits for Employees

Many Intermountain locations have on-site exercise facilities. Community fitness center discounts are also available. Free flu shots, when available, are provided to all Intermountain employees annually.
