Non-Contracted Worker - Temporary Labor

A non-contracted worker provides services to Intermountain Health in a supportive clinical role for his or her employer, who is a privileged/affiliated physician of Intermountain. No contractual agreement exists. These workers may include private scrubs, dental assistants, MAs, and more.

The resources on this website will help the worker and worker’s employer understand and complete Intermountain’s worker onboarding requirements.

  • RightSourcing Inc. (RS) Compliance will facilitate the onboarding requirements for non-contracted workers.
  • There is an RS Bridge Compliance team that will walk the non-contracted workers through the process ensuring that the contracted vendors are the only ones used for: background checks, drug screen, and occupational health as well as competency testing.
  • Credentialing, privileging, and onboarding requirements for non-contracted advance practice clinicians are coordinated through the hospital's Medical Staff Office.
