  • ID Consult II - Intermountain Medical Center (4 weeks) 
  • Advanced Antimicrobial Stewardship Rotation - Intermountain Medical Center (4 weeks) 
  • Pediatric Infectious Diseases - Primary Children’s Hospital (4 weeks) 
  • Intermountain Homecare (4 weeks) 
  • Microbiology Lab (2 weeks)

Elective Rotations

  • Antimicrobial Stewardship Leadership and Management (2 weeks) 
  • Immunocompromised Rotation - University of Utah or LDS Hospital (4 weeks)
  • Outpatient HIV Clinic (2 - 4 weeks)
  • Solid Organ Transplant - Intermountain Medical Center (4 weeks)
  • Repeat required rotation  
  • Other ideas for elective rotations may be proposed 

Longitudinal Experiences

  • Infectious Diseases Research Project 

  • Staffing on the 6th floor and psychiatric unit – Utah Valley Hospital (every 4th weekend)

  • Longitudinal Antimicrobial Stewardship Administration and Leadership (includes Intermountain Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee responsibilities, medication use project and other objectives)
