What is Way to Wellness Bites?
Way to Wellness Bites is a one-time class that is FREE. It runs for 90 minutes and is facilitated by a Registered Dietitian. Not ready to commit to a year-long program yet? Want to learn more before jumping into our year-long program? This will give you a sneak peak into our Diabetes Prevention Program. These classes cover lifestyle topics such as nutrition, stress management, physical activity and more to help manage blood sugars and weight!
