Dr. Brittany N. Bertsch will be leaving Intermountain Health Lockwood Clinic on June 12, 2026.

What is changing
Intermountain Health will close Lewistown Clinic Family Medicine effective July 24, 2026.
The following providers will be leaving Intermountain Health:

- Jason Sarisky, MD
Where to receive care going forward
Care is available through Connect Care on the Intermountain Health app (MyChart), a 24/7 telehealth service for urgent, non-emergency concerns via phone or video. You can find the app on the App Store or Google Play.
You may also consider other local healthcare providers in your community.
Upcoming appointments
If you have an appointment scheduled on or after July 24, those visits will need to be canceled. We encourage you to make arrangements for care with another provider.

Tegan E. Ake, MD, will be leaving Intermountain Health.

For continued neurology care, we recommend Intermountain Health Billings Neurology Clinic.
You may also consider other local healthcare providers in your community.
