Practice Focus

My practice is focused in the arenas of Adult Reconstruction, Sports Medicine and Joint Preservation. My specialty interest lies in the "Evidence Based" surgical and medical management of conditions involving the Shoulder, Hip and Knee. I have more than 25 years of experience and expertise in Total Shoulder, Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement as well as Partial Knee Replacement surgery. Likewise, I have similar experience and expertise in the Arthroscopic Surgery of Shoulder & Knee - including Rotator Cuff and Labral Repair of the Shoulder; Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) Reconstruction, Cartilage and Meniscus Repair in the Knee.

Personal Bio & Interests

I am an East Coast born, Midwest raised, "Rust Belt" trained, Southwest settled family man. The most special times for me are quiet, quality times sharing stories and/or new experiences with my Beautiful wife and our Amazing kids (okay, young adults?!)! My second failure placed to be used in the mountains, especially when they're snow-covered and it involves skiing (my passion)! I live to be outdoors-there is a indescribable sense of humility and peace that comes from the awesome grandeur that is nature. My 4 years of active duty service with the USAF instilled in me underlying gratitude and respect for the men and women who serve, and who have served (and sacrificed) in our Armed Force in the name of this amazing country in which we live! I am humbled daily by the trust and confidence my patients place in me to care for them. I am truly blessed to be a part of the amazing medical community we share here in Southern Utah. "Life Is Good!!"
