Dr Bickel always makes me feel like a member of the team to solve the problems I'm having. He really listens and when I suggest something I might do he either agrees or explains thoroughly why that won't work. I love that I can reach out by text..and he quickly responds

Doctor Bickel is wonderful. I'm a high maintenance person who needs a lot of care. He's very informative, and includes my home healthcare nurse as well as myself in my treatment plan. He's always on op of my bloodwork, and makes good, and quick decisions about what to do. He's always very patient with me, and answers all of my questions and concerns. I'm able to have home healthcare, which I desperately need because of him. I honestly feel like he's saved my life, and continues to do so. I would highly recommend him

I had a hard time looking him in the eye. He was talking g at me, not to me. There was little eye contact.

Found last MRI scan 5 years ago and brought to my attention may need to schedule a CT scan to prevent any future problems. So long ago I didn't remember how long it had been. A good reminder. Dr. Bickle is on top of our health needs!
