I am a member of the Arbinger Institutes Helping Professional Network, as well as a certified Facilitator. I am an active Father and Husband and love biking, and camping, and am passionate about sharing the solution to the problem of self-deception: which is the problem of not knowing I have a problem. I am very eager to share with and support parents, as well as individuals in their path to reach their goals. I am dedicated to using positive psychology in my client services.

ICSW Conover was really awful. He had a pre-determined opinion about me before he ever met me based on a provider to provider referral. He didn't listen or validate me. He cut me off. Won't ever go back to him.
