Personal Bio & Interests
I completed my undergraduate studies in Zoology with a Human Biology emphasis. I earned my medical degree from the University of Utah and completed my residency at Primary Children's Medical Center through the University of Utah's pediatric program. I am certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
During my training, my interests included international health, teen mother and child care. I am board certified in Pediatrics, a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and a member of the Intermountain Pediatric Society. I enjoy caring for children of all ages but have a special interest in newborn care, preventive care, international adoptees, and adolescent medicine, including gynecology.
When not in the clinic, I enjoy reading, international travel, and taking photos of friends and family.
