She literally listened to my heart and lungs and looked in my ears, period. I was not told too fast for this appointment, so I had to return to the lab for a blood draw. It was never mentioned in the pre-appointment forms I filled out online, and certainly the scheduler of the appointment only made the appointment and never said anything. Who was supposed to convey that information?!? My NP said she would talk with me once those blood results came in, so it wasn't anything we could talk about during the meeting. Why don't I get to do the blood work a week earlier so we can talk about it at my appointment? Not over the phone? I was in that room less than 10 minutes, including the time I waited. It was a joke!

Brigid was amazing. She listened to me, discussed all treatment options with me, and I could tell she truly cared about me and what I was seeing her for.
