Vicki is an outdoor adventuring wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandma and friend. She has been in Women's Health since 1996 (working as a labor and delivery nurse), and a Nurse Practitioner/Midwife since 2008. She loves helping women with their health care needs both in her clinic and delivering their babies in the hospital. She especially loves educating women about their health and bodies. Vicki is married to Jeff, and has three awesome kids and five step-kids, all at different stages in their lives. She has earned two bachelor degrees (biology and nursing) and her Master Degree in Nursing from the University of Utah. In her off time you will find her in the great outdoors hiking, mountain biking, resort or backcountry skiing, swimming, camping, or just walking her (grand)dogs or spending time with her family. Vicki loves her current work-life balance.

I liked Dr. O'Neal a lot. She clarified some things with me and listened to concerns/what I wanted. She was direct with me that it wasn't a painless procedure, which I appreciated.

I am so impressed with Vicki O'Neal. She pinpointed my problem immediately. She was explained whatever she was doing carefully. She believed I may have 2 problems and ran tests. She was right on both and has ordered medication. Assured me to call anytime with concerns.

The midwife was one of the best healthcare providers I've ever had! She did a very thorough job of reviewing my history. She followed up on mental health concerns and explained why she was asking the questions. She was very efficient my asking yes/no questions but still made me feel listened to. The yes/no questions saved time for both of us and her follow up questions made me feel she understood mental health concerns. She put in necessary referrals for health concerns that and addressed the different systems that could be the cause of my symptoms.

I have had good experiences at this center and bad. If I were to recommend anyone it would be a specific pcp doctor who has been fabulous at providing care and being empathetic.She has a ten star review. So I would recommend her by name, but not the clinic itself.
