Dr. Rinard is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery. He performs a wide variety of cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. He completed a fellowship in microvascular reconstruction at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Rinard focuses on breast, trauma, and skin cancer reconstruction.
