There is good communication between the doctor & other staff. Dr. Swinyard checked to make sure my questions had been answered.

The doctor always seems to be in a rush. Doesn't really ask questions or gives us much opportunity to ask questions ourselves.

The whole office is very professional.

My only complaint is their billing department, never return calls on an overpayment & had to get insurance company involved to get all fund. *Dr. Swinyard himself is fine.
