Explained all my questions and concerns down to the minute details. Very helpful and kind. I've enjoyed getting to know Dr. West! He is compassionate and takes a minute to show my service dog attention to let him know that he is a good service dog and showing me that I'm important to him by acknowledging my love for my service animal, I couldn't ask for better treatment! He allowed me to be part of the decision making with regards to medications and caring for my well being!
