Dr Sadie West is the best doctor we have ever had for our children. With many chronic issues we visit often and can say we genuinely love her and her abilities. She is very knowledgeable and makes us feel taken care of!

Sadie did a great job. I asked about changing my sons formula, he is premature. I felt like sadie respected my concerns about the current formula but also respectfully gave me her opinion on staying with the formula. I felt respected as the mother and that all my questions she wasn't disrespectful even if she didn't agree. She informed me on why we should stay with the formula, and I understood why, and will stay with a premature formula.

She does such an amazing job of speaking to my daughter, letting her take control of reporting any concerns or questions. She did great describing consent and again making my daughter a part of the decision. I love how she frames my daughter's ADHD (your brain is so busy). She explains things clearly and in age appropriate ways. I'm impressed how she adjusts things to their level of understanding without coming off as condescending or like she's talking down to them.

I recommend Dr. Sadie West everyone I know! Even if they can't see Dr. West I recommend this clinic because it's the best clinic! All the staff has respected me and my mothering ways and has always been respectful of any parent decisions I've made.

Dr. West was phenomenal! My daughter was nervous about what next treatment steps would be, she was scared to try medication, but she is also frustrated to not be happy and productive. Dr. West took the time to explain how the medication works and what side effects she might notice. She explained that the meds have to be on board for 6 weeks to really see how they work. She explained how and why to titrate the dose. My daughter left feeling much more at ease because Dr. West took the time to explain everything.
