Practice Focus

Minimally invasive surgery in gynecology and obstetrics

Personal Bio & Interests

It is one of my greatest privileges to partner with my patients in promoting wellness, balance and in prevention and treatment of disease. Women's health is a particularly meaningful area of healthcare given the often emotional and personal nature of the experiences women have over a lifetime. I have spent years in general practice within OB/GYN and found great meaning in following my patients through the many phases of life and their associated gifts and challenges. I have recently shifted to a more hospital based practice to support patients and other medical providers in having a personally meaningful and safe birth experience. While this is a more narrow focus within our specialty, I continue to find clinical and surgical medicine to be an indispensable part of my practice. I have received a special practice designation for Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery through the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and have partnered with Layton Parkway Women's Health to provide surgical consultations and care in addition to my role as an OB Hospitalist. In all these many facets of patient care and experience we work tirelessly to curate a meaningful and secure environment for our patients and their loved ones and look forward with great anticipation to welcoming you into our care.
