Grand Opening Celebration

Wednesday Sept. 12 - Saturday Sept. 15, 2018

Now that the construction is nearing completion, the hospital is planning a public grand opening event and tours for the community on September 12-15, 2018. The festivities are themed Growing Together and are a celebration of all of the clinical services on the 400 East campus reuniting with the services on the River Road campus so the hospital can grow together into the future.

On September 13 at 5 p.m. a Growing Together Ceremony will commemorate the two hospital campuses becoming one. Self-guided tours will be offered from 3-7 p.m. on both Thursday and Friday. The Growing Together Ceremony will take place at the entrance of the Women and Newborn Center (the building on the northwest corner of the campus).

On Saturday, September 15, public, self-guided tours are offered from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. a variety of screenings and services will also be included as the 28th Annual Dixie Regional Community Health Fair. At 3 p.m. Dr. Rhett Frei will be leading a guided tour. All other tours will be self-guided, assisted by volunteers stationed along the tour route, and Dixie Regional is grateful for their help.
