At Grand Junction Integrated Addiction Medicine Clinic, you can count on compassionate and individualized care. Since our inception at St. Mary’s in 2017, we have provided a modern and integrated approach to addiction recovery and mental health conditions.
We offer outpatient integrated medical and behavioral health services for people and their loved ones whose lives have been interrupted by addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions. Our qualified team is here to help individuals address the complex disease of addiction based on an individual’s unique needs and conditions.
Our program is additionally equipped to help the following groups with addiction:
- Pregnant and mothering women
- Adolescents
- Persons dependent on controlled substances seeking outpatient taper plans

Location notice
The clinic is located in St. Mary’s Hospital. Once you arrive, drive around to the west side of the building to Entrance 5. Visitor parking is available in lots B and D. Inside the building, follow the hallway and take the first elevators on the left to the 6th floor—we are the second door on the right.
