Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
This 12-week program utilizes evidence-based therapies and psychoeducation to support recovery from substance use disorders, fostering emotional regulation, relapse prevention, and lasting behavioral change. It begins with understanding addiction and its triggers, then builds emotional awareness, explores trauma and relationships, and fosters resilience. Key themes include vulnerability, self-compassion, healthy communication, family dynamics, holistic wellness, relapse prevention, and growth. The program concludes with goal setting and serves as a tool for sustained recovery.

- Duration: 12 weeks
- Date/Times: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9am-noon or 1-4pm
Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
This 8-week program provides a comprehensive approach to addiction recovery by addressing both the science and emotional aspects of healing. Participants explore the neurobiology of addiction, emotional regulation, and the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. The program also covers stress management, trauma-informed relationship skills, boundary setting, and resilience-building. It concludes with relapse prevention strategies and tools for sustaining long-term recovery.

- Duration: 8 weeks
- Structure: Two 2-hour group sessions, Individual therapy session, One family component per week.
- Date/Times: Group sessions 4-6pm Tuesday and Thursday, Family group sessions and Individual family sessions alternate every other Wednesday from 4:30-6pm, Individual sessions anytime outside of group sessions.
Adult Extended Outpatient Program (EOP)
This program offers weekly two-hour group sessions for individuals transitioning from higher levels of care or seeking continued support for mental health and substance use. Led by experienced clinicians, the program focuses on coping skills, relapse prevention, and personal growth in a supportive, structured environment—providing ongoing care without the commitment of more intensive programs.

Contingency Management (CM)
Contingency Management is a type of treatment that has been shown to increase participation in treatment and decrease substance use. The goal of CM is to reinforce positive consequences to patients when treatment goals are met through rewards.
