Saint Joseph Outpatient Infant Feeding Clinic

If your infant is experiencing difficulties with bottle feeding, we are here to help. Our clinic works closely with Lactation specialists to provide comprehensive care for your baby. We also treat infants with conditions such as cleft lip, palate, or recessed chin. Additionally, we offer infant barium swallow studies (VFSS) to rule out possible aspiration.

Conditions we treat

  • Poor weight gain

  • Gagging, spitty

  • Drooling, coughing, choking during feeds

  • Difficulty taking recommended volume

  • Biting/chomping motion rather than true sucking behavior

  • Fussiness after feeds

  • Vomiting, excessive spitting up

  • Arching, turning away, refusing to take a bottle
