There are times during your pregnancy between your prenatal care and your birth when you might need some extra medical support before your little bundle arrives. That’s why we have the Starting Place ready and waiting to welcome you for an outpatient hospital visit if needed.

At the Starting Place, we see you for a variety of reasons, including labor checks, fetal monitoring, preterm labor concerns, bleeding, blood pressure concerns, slips and trips, or if you’re having medical symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, headache, cold or flu symptoms, for example. We have a care team of nurses, midwives and physicians who will see you depending on the level of care you may need.

Our Starting Place amenities include:

• Rooms ready with newborn equipment for an unexpected and quick arrival
