Low Intervention Birth Class will focus on birth being normal and natural for those who are choosing low intervention births.
This class teaches the basic elements of breastfeeding, answers to questions related to breastfeeding, and returning to work, plus it demonstrates products helpful to new and experienced mothers.
Anyone who has an ostomy or assists a person with an ostomy is invited to joint the Salt Lake City Ostomy Group. The group meets on the third Thursday of each month (except in November and December) at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah.
This is a condensed 4 hour Saturday class covering the basics of birthing options, anesthesia options, hospital care and procedures.
