Low Intervention Birth Class will focus on birth being normal and natural for those who are choosing low intervention births.
Class topics include physical and emotional changes of pregnancy, warning signs, nutrition, labor signs, and the process of labor.
This class teaches the basic elements of breastfeeding, answers to questions related to breastfeeding, and returning to work, plus it demonstrates products helpful to new and experienced mothers.
This is a condensed 4 hour Saturday class covering the basics of birthing options, anesthesia options, hospital care and procedures.
