Periods, pelvic pain, and anatomy differences can be confusing and sometimes scary for young people and their families. Our pediatric and adolescent gynecology (PAG) team offers answers, treatment, and reassurance with care designed specifically for growing bodies.

Conditions we treat
We care for a wide range of pediatric and adolescent gynecologic conditions. Some conditions we treat include:
- Congenital reproductive tract differences (Müllerian anomalies)
- Contraception counseling for teens, including those with complex medical needs
- Coordinated care for differences of sex development (DSD), when appropriate
- Ovarian cysts and pelvic masses
- Pelvic and abdominal pain, endometriosis (suspected or confirmed)
- Period concerns: heavy bleeding, painful periods, irregular or absent periods
- Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and acne/hair changes related to hormones
- Pregnancy testing and options counseling; STI testing and education
- Puberty timing concerns (early or delayed)
- Vulvar and vaginal conditions (vulvovaginitis, labial adhesions, lichen sclerosus)
