A Generous Community

Primary Children's Hospital relies on the support of individuals, families, business, church, and civic groups who donate time and talents to gather and make items for our patients.

Donation Delivery Information:

  • During normal business hours, all donations should be delivered to Primary Children's Outpatient Services building (81 N. Mario Capecchi Dr.), first floor lobby information desk. Please complete a donation form at the information desk to receive a receipt for your donation.
  • Donations made after 5 p.m., on weekends, and on holidays should be delivered to the hospital's main building (100 N. Mario Capecchi Dr.) north entrance, at the north lobby information desk. Please complete a donation form at the Information Desk to receive a receipt for your donation.

Other things to know before donating items to Primary Children's Hospital:

  • Due to federal privacy laws, security policies, and infection control, we cannot allow individuals or groups to personally give their donations to patients or families. Please do not include donor information or personal sentiments on your donations.
  • We ask for all notes of encouragement to be generic, and hopeful in nature. For example, we discourage messages such as, "get well soon," or messages with religious overtones.
  • All in-kind donations (i.e. toys, stuffed animals, games, clothing) donated to Primary Children's Hospital must be NEW and still in its original packaging for infection control, and to ensure the safety of our patients. Please DO NOT donate used or gently worn items, they cannot be accepted.
