The USU Student Health Center is for students who are enrolled at Utah State University only. Students who are enrolled at Utah State University do not need health insurance to use the Health & Wellness Center.

Spouses/partners of enrolled students may be seen at the USU clinic for a fee of $45 dollars per semester for acute visits. We are unable to see employees or dependents of USU students.

Voluntary students:
  • Utah State University (USU) undergraduate students enrolled in six (6) or more credit hours, attending face to face classes and paying student fees
  • USU graduate students taking 1 or more credits
  • USU Study Abroad Students are eligible to enroll in this insurance Plan. (Online Students, Independent Study, Home Study, Challenge program, and House Bill 60 students are not eligible).

Hard Waiver Students:

  • USU International F-1 and J-1 Visa students
  • WIMU Regional Program in Veterinary Medicine students
  • Full-time Graduate Assistants working 20 or more hours per week
  • Graduate student receiving Fellowship or Scholarship of $10,000 or more from Utah State University

Financial assistance
