Centering Pregnancy combines your prenatal checkups with group education and support from other expectant parents. Enjoy more time with your Certified Nurse Midwife, ask questions, build community, and prepare for birth in a supportive setting. This evidence-based model has been shown to reduce the risk of preterm birth by 33–47% while improving education, confidence, and overall pregnancy outcomes.
Patients deliver at LDS Hospital, where birthing options include nitrous oxide, water therapy, birthing tubs, and the Simply Birth program, providing families with a variety of choices to support their birth experience.
