Online Guided Meditation and Mindfulness Calendar

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

This is the full mindfulness training program developed by Jon Kabat Zinn at the University of Massachusetts. MBSR is the most highly researched, evidence-based method for learning mindfulness skills and is considered the “Gold Standard” in mindfulness training. It has been repeatedly shown in hundreds of studies conducted over the past 4 decades to provide benefits for a wide range of physical and emotional conditions as well as enhancing overall wellness.

Mindfulness in Medicine

Mindful Practice® programs were created by the University of Rochester Medical School to help advance the quality of health care, improve provider relationships with patients and colleagues, and enhance self-awareness, wellness, and resilience of health professionals. Participants have shown improvements in burnout scores, presence, attentiveness, and curiosity, allowing for greater awareness and insight into their work.
