Calder-Megan

Megan Calder, BS, NASM-CPT

Megan started her career in health and fitness after receiving her Bachelor’s degree from University of Utah in Exercise and Sports Science.  Her passion and love for exercise began well before her degree but it was her education that helped her launch her career path to help others lead healthier, more active lives.

Her experience ranges from working in the clinical setting at the U of U in Cardiac Rehab, to lifestyle medicine in corporate gyms, weight loss camps, and group fitness.   Now as a LiVe Well Center Exercise Therapist, she can apply the best of both worlds:  clinical wellness combined with exercise prescription and education.

Megan is passionate about what she does and loves helping each individual find a plan that achieves their optimal health.  Her philosophy has always been, "Exercise should be a stress reliever not an added stress in your daily life." When Megan is not working, you will find her enjoying the outdoor activities Park City offers.
