At LiVe Well - St. George we offer various classes and events for the community.

Some of our Community Programs include:

  • LiVe Well Lecture Series - Open to mature adults, these FREE weekly lectures are on health-related topics. (Fridays at 10 a.m.)
  • Living Well with Chronic Conditions - FREE six-week workshop for people with long-term pain and chronic health concerns. Family friends and caregivers are welcome.
  • Cooking Classes - Monthly hands-on classes focusing on current nutrition trends.

Saint George Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) at St. George LiVe Well Center Class is for adults 18 years or older.
Course Details: Our MBSR course is an eight-week course for adults that is held at the St. George LiVe Well Center.
