Cherysh graduated from Brigham Young University Idaho in 2011 with a degree in nursing. She then served as a mission nurse in Paraguay for 18 months where she cared for her fellow missionaries and became fluent in Spanish. After returning home, she worked on medical and surgical units in Idaho and Utah until she joined the Labor and Delivery department at Intermountain Medical Center in 2014. Cherysh graduated from the University of Utah in 2019 with a doctorate of nursing practice, specializing in Women’s Health and Midwifery. She feels privileged and excited to work for the Intermountain OBGYN Specialists and is passionate about educating patients so that they can be active participants in their healthcare.
Cherysh enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and two standard poodles. They love the out of doors and enjoy going to Idaho to the farm she grew up on. Other interests include traveling, baking, and cooking.
