Dr. Cassandra Foss earned her Bachelor degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of
Utah. She obtained her medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in
Omaha, Nebraska before going on to complete her residency at Phoenix Integrated Residency
in Obstetrics and Gynecology, at St. Joseph's Hospital and Maricopa Medical Center in
Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Foss returned home to Utah to practice obstetrics and gynecology, with
special interests in minimally invasive gynecology, having obtained training in Da Vinci
