I love this office, and staff!

For a skin check physical it should have taken longer than 9 min. Humans have a lot of skin. I felt like I needed to schedule another appt. With another doctor who would really check my body.

Although he was sufficiently informative, his demeanor and delivery seemed a bit dismissive - maybe even a bit arrogant? It felt like it didn't really matter what I said.

My primary physician and a different dermatologist didn't seem nearly as interested in answering questions or offering solutions to my issue. This dermatologist was awesome straight to the point but also interested in my considerations and understanding. Very good doctor that I will most certainly visit for any skin issues.

Once I saw the dr he was very good at listening to me and taking care of my issues. I have recommended him to other people.

Dr Bryce has improved his bedside manner quite a bit since I first came 3 years ago. He now stops to talk to me, and listens to what I am saying. Then asks if I have further questions.

Doctor is not personable. Shines a light on my child's face for 10 seconds and then is done with the exam.

At one point during my treatment, my nerves got the best of me and I started feeling nauseous. Dr. Desmond was very helpful, getting me a cold washcloth and laying me back in my chair until I felt better. Genuine hospitality.

Dr. Desmond has been a great provider of care for me for many years. I think he is a great Doctor. Knows his stuff and is very good at caring for you.

Dr Desmond is a sharp guy who clearly knows his stuff. He tends to move quickly when he recognizes an ailment and knows what to do, but that speed can leave the patient feeling a bit left behind. It's important to give patients the opportunity to feel heard.
