        Again, the diagnosis of PCOS sometime in the past that hasn't been communicated with me was frustrating. I wish the Dr would have explained it more and told me what it means for my health, moving forward, etc

        This is one of the worst health care appointments I have ever had. I had to ask to get a pap smear and did not receive a breast exam. My concerns about menopause were not taken seriously. Sorenson was poor at listening and communicating. I will need to see another provider to get basic female reproductive health care.

        Jenny was so kind and reassuring about things, especially because this is my first pregnancy and everything is new to me. She was patient, helped answer our questions (answering many before we even asked them!), and helped us feel more excited about what is to come.

        Jennifer was great! Answered all of my questions, took care to ask me pertinent questions to understand my situation, and was very patient in explaining everything to me. I have already recommended her to a friend!

        I was seen by the new midwife, training with Jenny. Jenny introduced the new one then let her take over the rest of the appt. She did a wonderful job (I just don't remember her name).

        Dr Sorenson is pretty dry and not the most friendly person. You feel a little like she's not interested in connecting with you, which can be hard when you're letting her get very personal with your body. She also seemed to avoid eye contact on occasion.

        I love my health care provider. She sits, asks questions, listens, and makes me feel like I'm the only patient on her mind during my visit.
