Physician and nurses never seize to amaze me at this practice. It would be nice if all clinics at IHC were as efficient and caring as Dr Jones practice .

No complaints about the visit. Friendly, competent staff.

Because I have been struggling with thyroid issues and high calcium levels, Dr.Jones recommended a blood test for primary hyper -parathyroidism. He explained it to me but also knows I prefer to do online research from legit sites such as Cleveland Clinic, Harvard Med, Mayo Clinic, etc. So he wrote it down for me. Doesn't sound like a big deal but to me it is! Dr.Jones allows me to be a full partner in my healthcare decisions!!

I love Dr Jones. He always takes my problems seriously and doesn't make me feel like I'm crazy. Genuinely tries to help find the solution to what I'm experiencing.

Dr. Jones is always good at explaining what I don't understand, listens to my concerns, and is very patient with me (I have a tendency to ramble on and on when I get nervous). I'm sure he thinks I'm a hypochondriac, but he still listens when I tell him about new and recurring symptoms. He has stuck with me while we've tried to figure out what is going on with this old body of mine. :-)

A productive annual checkup.

This was my first visit with Dr Jones. My previous primary care physician closed his [...] practice in [...]. This forced me to find a new primary care physician. I have to say this visit was by far the best first time visit Ive ever had. I'm switching completely to IHC providers.

Intermountain Health in my opinion is the premier service provider in Utah. Many of my neighbors are [...] with IHC. I've had surgery before at Utah Valley Hospital and have also been to the Urgent care clinic there. I'm grateful for all those at IHC who have helped me and who actually display concern and interest in helping their patients. The quality of service is excellent and everyone I've met from staff to physicians are amazing people.

But he is already so busy and booked because of how INCREDIBLE he and the staff are !!!!

Dr Jones is fantastic. He listens, shows he cares, knows a lot, and will keep working with you to figure out what's going on until you figure it out. It feels like teamwork with me, which I really appreciate. He also comes across as really authentic which makes him comfortable to work with. Another thing is that he doesn't seem to hesitate to ask other providers questions when he doesn't know something himself. That kind of collaboration makes for best practice and I wish it was more common with other providers.
