I never felt rushed, I was comfortable asking questions, he spent the time explaining very clearly what was going on. I left less stressed with my diagnosis and felt in control good education on what I need to continue doing. Very happy with the care I received

Dr Kraus exceeded our expectations as far as educating us and degree of plans going forward to hopefully improve his kidney gun toon and improve the hyperkalemia. Very kind and listened to us.

Dr Kraus thought I should increase one of my BP meds (Lisinopril), but since I have been working with the pharmacist on staff to get the dosages just right, he sent a message to my PCP, suggesting the change. To me, that shows he is a "team player" and wants what's best for the patient.
