I was complaining about a problem and she didn't know what the cause would be so she referred me to a specialist for an unrelated problem and said they might be able to help with my complaint - but no real resolution of concern

I liked the way Mary reminded me that her recommendations were all about prevention. That I could decide for myself, but that we want to prevent a catastrophic event. It really made me think.
