Dr. McIff was excellent! He listened attentively to my concerns, encouraged input from my wife, then took my complex medical issues and worked out a comprehensive plan. He carefully, patiently explained his proposed approach and wanted my reaction. He also took immediate action to refer me to appropriate specialists for further testing. I was particularly pleased when he asked us to call the next day to share with him if there was any improvement in my symptoms. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Dr. McIff listened intently to a long story about the past 8 1/2 months of medical issues and differing diagnosis's. He was caring and thoughtful and different that what I have experienced in the past in other practices. He had REAL care and concern. He thought about many options. He referred us to a specialist and said, "I will work with this doctor to help you." It let me know that he wasn't just passing the buck. He was going to stay engaged. I broke into tears of gratitude, after he left the room, because I believed him. He is sincere.
