Michelle was great! She listened to my concerns and provided the care I needed. I understood the plan and was reaffirmed by Michelle that I could ask any questions if needed.

She actually listened to my concerns.

Michelle is not easy to talk to. I feel like she is judging me.I really liked her when I first started seeing her but for some reason I feel like she doesn't really listen or care when you tell her about your issues.

Dr. Winters was not personable or welcoming at all. Just seemed like all business to her. The visit was very uncomfortable and ok top of that she did a pap smear; so I was very vulnerable and she still wasn't personable.

I went in for help with weight and fatigue. The recommendations given to me were to eat 1200 calories a day and work out 7days a week. I mentioned that I have PCOS and have been struggling. I said that I was eating 1600 calories a day and was told that was too much. 1200 calories a day is like eating disorder status. I also mentioned that I had a miscarriage last year and she said, 'oh you had a baby, that explains why you are struggling'. I didn't have a baby, I had a miscarriage. I understand she meant that I got pregnant and probably had a hormone change but that is a really sensitive subject for a doctor to mix words on.

She does not put off a "caring" vibe at all. She always makes me feel like she's rushed and that I'm wasting her time.

Listened to all that I have going on. And recommend things to do to get better.

I was there along time to get all done that I needed. And they were able to get it all done with ease.

I will be looking for a new provider. This was only my second visit with her, and the first she didn't even talk because the person she was training did everything. She didn't know the reason for my visit (depression and anxiety) and didn't know anything about me. She seemed shocked when I said my medication wasn't really helping and recommended upping my dose but didn't realize I was at the max dose. She never even mentioned the depression survey I'd filled out, and that has usually been the main focus of my appointments. She never even asked why I thought my medication wasn't working or how I was feeling or coping. She seemed cold, and I felt like she was talking down to me the whole time. I had never been told I would be getting my blood drawn or that I was supposed to fast that morning. When she asked if I wanted to do a fasting blood draw and come in another day, I said yes. However, as she left, she said over her shoulder that a tech would be in to draw my blood, and then she closed the door.

I really feel that she was not listening to me she was saying that I was getting treatment for things that I was not getting treatment for and we ended up butting heads and I just really think her bedside manner was poor

Apparently did not want to deal with my problem. Referred me to mental health clinic. I have been waiting for 2 months for breast cancer test: mammogram and ultrasound next week. Cannot go to a hospital and give up those appointments. Symptoms remain and are problematic. [...] No help with that
