Frankly, this was an outstanding visit. The staff was wonderful, informative, and we became friends. [...] If I didn't have confidence in the doctor and those assisting him I would not come back. It feels at times a little too much critique these professionals every time I have a visit. I don't care if they are right on time. Medicine does not always allow that. If they make some mistakes during the visit, that is not a big deal to me. When the visit is over everything comes together and I am very pleased. Dr. Woods was very thorough. He spoke to the patient in language they could understand. He asked appropriate and conscientious questions, listened and restated so everyone was on the same page. He explained things clearly, kindly and comprehensively. The patient felt listened to- that their needs and concerns were acknowledged. A course of action was planned and initiated with a follow-up scheduled.

Honestly it has been so hard finding a doctor that is as good as Dr woods here in [...]. Even though I don't come in a lot and I'm reserved most of my visits. You can tell he genuinely cares about my well being and just wants me to be healthy because he has seen me at my lowest.
