Carol Graff and the other doctors are very good! I am past child bearing so I only go for annuals and if I have other issues which this time I did. Carol promptly followed up in 8 weeks. Carol was concerned and gave me great advice! She's great! Make sure you keep her!!

It really was the best experience I have had. I felt so safe and cared for. She is exactly what I needed for my situations I have. She didn't make me feel like a burden or like I was taking up too much of her time. She just wanted to make sure I was taken care of and comfortable and I am so grateful for that.

This is the best experience at an appointment that I have ever had. Carol knew of some trauma I had experienced and was so patient and kind to me. She explained everything that she was doing as she was doing it and made me feel so safe and cared for. I was so scared going into the appointment and I expected to cry because the last time I had a pap smear it was very triggering, but this time I only cried because of how grateful I was to actually feel listened to and truly cared for. She was so patient and did whatever she could to help and make sure I was taken care of. I truly am so grateful for the experience she gave to me and how much she cared. She also made sure I felt okay enough to get the pap smear done and offered to do it another time if I needed time to prepare, and even offered to give me a recommendation for a therapist just in case if I needed it. She is the kindest, most patient and caring healthcare provider I have been to. If I end up moving out of state, I would likely come back just to see her.
